We offer introductory barre classes for adults with no previous experience. These classes are a tremendous way to discover all the benefits barre has to offer, including building confidence. Barre training helps prevent injury and improve balance, concentration, alignment, posture and more.
1959 Classic classes are among our most popular classes, and are always taught by experienced professional instructors. Low impact and high intensity, these classes are a great form of isometric movements. You’ll gain flexibility all while strengthening and toning your entire body.
Fusion classes are high impact and hugely popular. This combined technique of barre and sprints of cardio will build your strength and improve your metabolism. You’ll explore dynamic movements with ankle/wrist weights through plyometrics that targets those different muscle groups for a full on invigorating experience. You’ll also gain confidence that can enrich your overall well-being.
